Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

About these terms

These terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to your use of the Mouth Rehab Centre (“MRC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) website and the information services we provide through it. By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

General information only

The content on this website is general in nature and is provided for information purposes only. It is not, and is not intended to be, dental or medical advice, and it does not take into account your individual circumstances, health status or clinical needs. You should always consult a qualified, AHPRA-registered dental practitioner before making any decision about dental treatment.

Our role

MRC coordinates connections between patients and independently operated partner clinics across WA, NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and TAS. We are not the provider of dental treatment. All clinical decisions, including whether a treatment is appropriate, how it is planned and how it is carried out, are made solely by the treating practitioner in the best interests of the individual patient.

Practitioner registration

Our partner clinics are operated by AHPRA-registered dental practitioners. We do not use the title “specialist” unless the treating clinician holds AHPRA-registered specialist qualifications in the relevant field. The registration status of any Australian dental practitioner can be verified on the public register maintained by AHPRA.

Treatment risks & suitability

All dental and surgical procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, implant failure, bone loss, nerve involvement, post-operative discomfort and prosthetic complications. The treating clinician will discuss the risks, alternatives and costs relevant to your circumstances before any treatment proceeds.

Suitability for any treatment can only be determined after a comprehensive in-person clinical assessment. Outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Before proceeding with any surgical or invasive procedure, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

No testimonials

In line with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and AHPRA advertising guidelines, we do not publish testimonials regarding clinical aspects of care. Any imagery on this website is illustrative only and does not depict treatment outcomes.

Consultations

Initial consultations arranged through MRC are for assessment and information purposes. Attending a consultation creates no obligation to proceed with treatment, and no purchase is required.

Dental Access Package terms & conditions

The free Dental Access Package is available to new patients who complete an enquiry through this website (or our online booking page) and attend their booked consultation at a participating Mouth Rehab Centre partner clinic. It includes a face-to-face consultation with a registered dentist, a 3D CBCT scan where clinically appropriate, and a written treatment plan with fixed pricing.

The $430 value reflects standard fees for these services when purchased separately. One package per patient. No purchase is required, there is no obligation to proceed with treatment, and the package is not redeemable for cash. Treatment costs are not included in the package and are quoted in your written treatment plan. The offer may be amended or withdrawn for new bookings at any time.

Pricing information

Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices only. They are general in nature, do not constitute a quote or an offer, and will vary depending on your individual clinical needs. Final costs are confirmed in an itemised written treatment plan provided by the treating clinic following your clinical assessment.

Payment plans & superannuation

Any references on this website to payment plans or finance options are general information only and do not constitute financial advice. Payment plans are provided by third parties, are subject to their eligibility criteria and terms, and approval is not guaranteed. MRC accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any finance application.

Early access to superannuation for dental treatment is strictly regulated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and is only available on compassionate grounds to people who meet the ATO's specific eligibility criteria. Compassionate release of super is intended as a last resort after other options (savings, payment plans, finance and private health insurance) have been considered. Accessing your super early can significantly reduce your retirement savings.

MRC does not approve, influence or guarantee any superannuation application, and does not provide financial advice. You are strongly encouraged to obtain independent financial advice and to rely on the ATO's own published information before making any decision about accessing superannuation or entering into a payment plan.

We take our obligations under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and AHPRA's advertising guidelines seriously. If we become aware of any advertising content on this website that is inconsistent with those obligations, we will promptly correct it. If you have a concern about any content on this site, please contact us at contact@mouthrehabcentre.com.au.
